~ Offering In Person & Online Sessions ~
At the end of the day, it all boils down to this—you just want to be respected and loved. No, you’re not crazy. You’re just one part of many different relationships in your life, and I can help you and your loved ones get back on the same team. As a therapist, I focus on deeper levels of communication, which target the primary emotions needed to begin healing. Together, we can figure out and understand your relationship patterns and work towards creating healthier attachments.
My therapeutic lens primarily stems from both family systems theory and attachments. My style is heavily humanistic, person-centered, and collaborative. I have found emotionally focused therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to be highly effective with clients. I also utilize a wide-range of empirically supported family therapy models. I love working with different client modalities to target a wide range of issues such as anxiety, shame, low self-esteem, communication, unforgiveness, resentment, etc.
Whether you’re seeking individual or child/teen therapy, couples therapy, or family therapy, I’d love to help you start finding ground. I also offer pre-marital counseling and faith-based Christian counseling. If you think we’d be a good fit, feel free to schedule an appointment with me.
