I enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, individual adults, couples, and families who are struggling in their life, particularly kids and teenagers who may be demonstrating symptoms of ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, self-harm, disruptive behavior disorders, eating disorders, or unresolved trauma. I support clients who may be experiencing depressive feelings, anxious thoughts, low self-esteem, grief, anger issues, addiction, or suicidal ideation, and especially couples and families who want to improve communication and collaboration or navigate changes in their family dynamics.

A little about me, I was born and raised in Houston, TX. Ethnically, I am mostly Filipino and Syrian. I’m a dedicated wife and loving dog mom. I may have a bachelor’s in accounting, but people are much more interesting than numbers. I am an active Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at the University of Houston – Clear Lake.

I would be happy to talk with you so please feel to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation phone call. If it’s a good fit, I look forward to starting this therapeutic journey with you!
