Do you feel down for no reason? Are you in a relationship but feel like losing the connection? Do you constantly fight with your partner or family over the same issues, making you frustrated and wanting to give up? You’re tired of living like this, wondering how your relationships fall apart. You desire effective communication that doesn’t automatically lead to nasty arguments. You are longing to get the spark back in your family and relationships. You know that something needs to change.
I am here to help. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who feel stuck and want to improve themselves or their relationships. I strive to create a space that is safe and warm where you can talk openly without being judged.
I have a broad range of experience with couples, particularly interracial couples and children/adolescents/teens counseling family relationship issues, communication skills, parenting, marital conflict, anxiety, depression, grief, suicidal thoughts or ideation, life coaching, and stress management.
Promoting mental wellness is my calling. I provide therapy services for people from all cultures adopting the multicultural perspective and relate to challenges of acculturation. I understand how important it is to be able to identify and differentiate one’s emotions, both positive and negative. I also offer therapy in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
My goal is to help you become more aware of yourself, your strengths, and the relationship dynamics, as well as uncover the underlying issues of the presenting problems. Together, we will work through your challenges to achieve the meaningful life you want to live.
