I believe that the therapy process serves to empower clients to discover and work towards a greater well-being. My role as a therapist is to accompany clients on this journey in a way that allows them to safely explore what works for them best. I place my clients’ knowledge and understanding of their own lives first, and I wish to work through their own framework.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families. I seek to help clients to discover the growth that can emerge through the resolution of their conflicts. I have also worked with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and other life difficulties.  I am especially passionate about working with couples (and individuals) in relationship struggles.  

My focus is in Collaborative Therapy, but I am also trained in Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I aim to honor my clients’ perspectives and their beliefs in the work that I do. I emphasize understanding my clients and creating a space in which they feel respected and encouraged to move forward in their lives.
