If you are looking to make your relationship stronger or you find yourself having the same challenges over and over again, you are not alone. Finding connection and meaning in your relationships, parenting, and family life can be difficult and seem overwhelming. I am here to support and guide you to strengthen the relationships that mean the most to you. If you feel like things could be better, they can be.
I am completing my internship in marriage and family therapy at The University of Houston-Clear Lake. I also hold a Master of Public Health degree and brings over ten years’ experience in wellness, health education, and cancer-oriented community relations to my practice.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to support their relationships with compassion and understanding. I am passionate about working with families to strengthen their bond and my interests include: premarital counseling, parenting challenges and support, families impacted by learning and social differences, chronic disease, emotional eating and any issue holding you back from reaching your goals.
My approach is systemic, exploring the big picture of family life and its effects on each of us. If you would like support, skills and growth in your relationships, please be in touch.
